Rates are as follows:

April-Thanksgiving: Thanksgiving-March:
Friday-Saturday nights $175 a night
Sunday-Thursday $150 a night		 Friday-Saturday nights $225 a night 
Sunday-Thursday $175 a night
  • During the winter months of Dec-March a whole weekend must be booked for use.
  • There is a 9% local and state tax that will be added to your total cost.
  • A deposit of $150 is required to reserve the home, remainder is due at time of check in.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Check in time is 3pm and check out time will be 11am unless prearranged with the hostess.
  • Maximum occupancy is 8 people.
